From beginning to end…. Here is a typical video shoot of a wedding and reception:

1. Actual time "On site "for ceremony video taping is approximately 2 to 2 ½ hours.
2. Video Events arrive at Church approximately one hour before wedding starts (to set up equipment, check lighting levels, sound checks, etc.)
3. Actual shooting begins approx 20 minutes prior to start time (we record any singers, music, people being seated, key points of church and area and groom prior to ceremony)
4. When ceremony starts we capture wedding party and generally all parts of the ceremony that we have access to.
5. We video tape Bride/Groom and wedding party at receiving line at end of ceremony.
6. We video tape "photo shoot" in church area
7. We Capture Bride/Groom leaving church and getting into car/limo.
8. Actual time "On site "for reception video taping is approximately 3 to 4 hours.
9. We then go to reception hall to take shots of guests, table sets, cake and any special decorations, etc..
10. We capture Introduction of Wedding party, toast, speakers, first dance, dollar dance, removal of garter, cutting of cake, throwing of bouquet, random shots during meal and any other ceremony events.
11. We will randomly record dancing through out the reception with emphasis on the newlyweds.
12. Last part of video we will attempt to get a goodbye wave from Newlyweds.
13. We will check with customer for any last minute requests for anyone/anything to video tape
14. End of video shoot….. Editing process to begin in a day or two following.
