Requirements

• $175 reservation deposit must be paid up front in order to Book event
• Payments due each month following Wedding date (for example if you marry on July 15^th …… your 1^st payment would be due on Aug 15^th). All payments would follow consecutively.
• Payment plan contract would need to be signed
• All payments to be made Cash or Check

Restrictions

• Will not accept any discount coupons when using payment plan
• Completed DVD’s will not be delivered or mailed until receipt of final payment
• Only available to Franklin, Clinton, St. Lawrence and Essex counties in New York State

How can we do this?

• After initial deposit and booking - the video shooting processes occur same method as normal
• When Editing with Normal (lump sum) payment….. The editing process begins immediately after the Wedding and usually takes 4-6 weeks with a lump sum payment due at the end of this time period.
• Editing with your delayed payment plan – the editing would occur on a pay per edit basis. Each time you make a payment a "portion" of the editing work would be done accordingly to time the editing process to complete your DVD’s on your final payment date. When final payment is received you will have your completed video taping DVD project.

• Here’s how it’s done (based on a weddings current price of $895 in Clinton county)
• *Pay your $175 booking deposit to leave a balance of $720.
• The balance of $720 divided by 6 payments = $ 120 per month
