Video Taping

• Capture of Full ceremony (estimate of 2 hours)
• Assuming one location video shoot
• Use one live video camera and one remote
• Video taping done with professional digital video 3CCD sensor cameras
• Prelude interview with graduates and class advisors (if possible)…estimate 1 hour recording time
• Strategically placed microphones or recorders to capture speeches or music

Editing

• Full editing of event
• Introductory music video
• Conclusion music video
• Scrolling text credits to include all graduates, speakers and key personnel
• DVD to be interactive with menu selection

Package

• DVD disk custom designed and printed directly on disk (no label)
• DVD case custom designed and printed trim case

Preparation

• We would like to attend the graduation rehearsal if possible (this will allow us to check sound, lighting and camera angles)
• If doing prelude interview with graduates would need to schedule appropriate time for process-may include possible set up and preparation of "Green Screen"
• Note* if doing interview other than day of graduation, additional fees may apply

Extras

• If your graduating class does a slide show (on DVD, sorry no PowerPoint) this could be added to the final DVD at no extra charge…..note that Video Events would need to review the DVD format to insure compatibility
• Video Events could produce a slide show, however normal charges would apply for standard slide show

Requirements

• Booking Deposit of $175 to reserve date (balance due when DVD’s are complete)
• Signed Contract-Order form…will need to be signed by school representative
• Detailed list (preferably electronic) of Graduates, speakers, faculty, etc..
• Payment by Cash or check (sorry no creditcards

Delivery

• DVD’s to be complete in approximately 2-3 weeks
• Complete "Lot" to be mailed or delivered to one location
• Additional charges will apply if you would like to have DVD’s mailed to each individual (would also require accurate mailing list)
